Apollo Nida may be getting out of going to jail for Fraud and all that other stuff he's being accused of:
He was supposedly creating fake companies to get into databases and using SSNs to get money.
He was getting stolen U.S. treasury checks.
I'm leaving right there...
They say he was opening up fake accts and he would commit bank and check fraud. Supposedly about $3 Millions worth.
Anyways, I don't know if its true or not. So don't get me to start lying.
Now, they are saying, that he may get away without having any jail time.
According to Radar Online, they are basically saying that he will get off for snitching.
His trial was delayed to 04/25 now, it was 03/25. It was delayed this time because he is working with the government on the investigation and they are in the process of reaching a negotiation that can take away some of the time he can have in prison. He is facing up to 30 years. If he gives them enough info, he can actually get no jail time. He just has to consult with his legal counsel and they will go over all the facts and material around this and then discuss it with the government.
